Two office ladies appear, showcasing their shy struggles to hold in the urge to defecate. Hotaru Mizusawa, an OL, is ordered by her supervisor to immediately repair a malfunctioning fluorescent light. However, midway through the task, she is suddenly struck by an intense need to poop. Despite her growing agony, she is forced to prioritize her work duties. To make matters worse, the restroom she planned to use is out of order and marked off-limits, further increasing the pressure to keep working. With phones ringing incessantly and her boss constantly berating her, Hotaru becomes increasingly desperate. As the situation deteriorates, the film details exactly how she copes—and ultimately loses control.
