Sequel to Heisei Peeing Stories 2 Mako Koyuri

On exam day, she is suddenly struck by an intense urge to pee while on her way to school, freezing her in place. Despite the urgency, she desperately makes it to the classroom, but focusing on the test is impossible. As a private tutor, Mako finds herself consulting with her student's homeroom teacher and father, causing her to miss the chance to use the restroom. During class, with overwhelming pressure to pee, she's called on by the teacher to solve a problem at the blackboard, but her limit draws near. Meanwhile, Mako becomes the target of a creepy stalker. After being forced to stay late due to a minor mistake, she becomes terrified upon realizing the stalker was present at the scene.
