Amidst this turmoil, rumors of romance begin to spread between the unattractive men and the beautiful girls.

ふつう 既存の価値観がすべて正しいとは限らないというテーマは非常に興味深いものだが、その点をもっと踏み込んだ表現や演出で描いてほしかった。特にブスのシーンでは、もう少し丁寧に構図や演出を重ねてくれたら、より多くの視聴者に届くのではないかと感じた。 一方で、森野ひなをはじめとする女優たちの演技は、本当に素晴らしかった。感情の起伏に応じて表情や声のトーンが変化し、見ているこちらにも強いせつなさを届けてくれる。それは、単なる演技ではなく、作品そのものの魅力を引き立てる存在だった。 ただ、この作品が誰に向けて作られたのかが明確でなかったのが少し残念だ。ブスをテーマにした作品として、あるいは美女を描いた作品として、あるいは性的な表現を求める視聴者に向けて作られたものなのか、どこに焦点を当てたのかが曖昧だった。結果として、どちらか一方に偏らない中庸的な表現になってしまい、どちらかの層にも満足いくとは言えない仕上がりになってしまった。
