Humiliating Anal Abuse Enema Yua Goto

Suffering from chronic constipation, Yua Goto undergoes a special deviant anal esthetic treatment. First, her anus is carefully massaged with fingers generously coated in Vaseline, gradually relaxing the surrounding muscles. While observing her condition, fingers are cautiously inserted one by one, increasing the number to intensify stimulation. After examining the inside of her rectum, a 50% glycerin solution is administered via glass syringe for an enema to induce defecation. Even when she feels the urge to go, her anus is blocked with fingers while her lower abdomen is pressed with a palm, forcing her to endure. After making her hold it for a sufficient time, she is allowed to defecate onto a portable toilet. Access to the toilet is denied so her stool can be thoroughly examined. Next, she is seated on a gynecological table with legs spread, her anus is dilated again post-defecation, and its condition is checked manually. Gradually thicker rod-shaped tools are inserted until an anoscope is embedded into her loosened anus, illuminating and inspecting the inside of her intestines. Finally, a 30cm-long rectal endoscope is inserted to visually examine the deepest part of her rectum. Once anal sphincter relaxation is confirmed, four fingers are inserted to check for any sexual response. Explaining that it helps regulate intestinal environment, konjac is torn into pieces and inserted directly into her anus. Her significantly loosened anus swallows the large chunks. With konjac still inside her rectum, her anus is dilated with an anoscope and yogurt is poured in until it overflows. A special glass enema device is inserted entirely into her rectum, administering excessive amounts of yogurt beyond her limit before forcing her to expel it. Finally, she returns to the gynecological table where a liter of lukewarm irrigation fluid (Irri-Gator) is used for high-pressure enemas until the expelled liquid runs completely clear.
