After serving as a superheroine, she now lives a quiet life as a single mother raising her son. One day, a chemical plant is attacked and monsters from the supposedly destroyed organization Ankuraimu reappear. Convinced that her former research partner, Dr. Yukimura, is behind the attacks, Kaori returns to action as X-Woman to battle the creatures. However, the true culprit is revealed to be her former colleague, researcher Shimura, who had failed in his own drug development and now plans to use Kaori's body to complete his work. With a new drug administered to Kaori's body—already weakened by the side effects of the X-Virus—she is overwhelmed by uncontrollable, extreme sexual urges. The story builds toward its shocking climax as Kaori confronts her past and fights to reclaim her body and soul.
